Get MySQL Workbench working on Macbook Pro Retina

Usually I have a extra display when I working, but today when I didn’t used my extra display and MySQL Workbench doesn’t worked correctly. You couldn’t click anything on the opening screen. I connected my extra display and everything worked just as expected. But thats not good enough solutions. Then I remember reading about you could open program in low resolution mode.

So to get MySQL Workbench working on your Macbook Pro Retina you have to force it to open it in low res mode. To do that follow this instruction:

1. Open Finder
2. Click Applications
3. Select MySQL Workbench
4. CMD+I to open ”Get Info”
5. Check ”Open in Low Resolution Mode”
